About The Position

As a Service Advisor , you will own our customers experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.

Requirements

  • Organized and friendly personality with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, well-groomed appearance.
  • Valid drivers license held for at least 2 years, with a clean driving record
  • Previous service advisor experience required

Nice To Haves

  • CDK experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Drive Lane Flow: Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Advise Customers: Recommend necessary services for routine maintenance and explain the work performed, including repair order charges.
  • Communication: Check on repair progress throughout the day, contact customers regarding any changes in estimate or time, and obtain proper authorization for additional repairs.
  • Customer Ownership: Take ownership of the customer experience, handling additional tasks to leave a positive impression.
  • Technician Time Management: Ensure that technicians' time is consistently utilized to serve service customers.
  • Work Distribution: Efficiently distribute work among technicians to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
