Requirements
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Team player with a professional appearance
- Must be 18+ and available Monday-Friday (some Saturdays)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls for recalls, past-due services, and declined work
- Handle customer payments and repair orders
- Manage our loaner vehicle fleet
- Answer phones, direct customers, and follow up promptly
- Support managers with clerical duties and customer assistance
