About The Position

As a Service Advisor , you'll be the connection between our customers and our service team. Your role is to ensure every customer receives transparent communication, trusted recommendations and an outstanding service experience from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, or similar role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic automotive knowledge preferred- we're happy to train the right candidate.
  • Familiarity with shop management or scheduling software is a plus.
  • Commitment to delivering dealership quality service with a personal touch.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming first impressions
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately.
  • Inspect vehicles and provide clear, accurate service recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed estimates and explain repairs in simple, customer- friendly terms.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to coordinate accurate and timely service.
  • Keep customers informed of repair progress, costs, and completion timelines.
  • Review completed work with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized, accurate customer and vehicle records.
  • Help keep the service counter and waiting area neat and professional.
  • Uphold the Midas commitment to honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer care.
