Job Summary: Serves as first point of contact with customer to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the branch location We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our Distribution Business in (Elko, NV). Working Schedule: 100% Onsite ; Standard day shift hours, with flexibility required for on-call rotation You will make an impact in the following ways: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, either on the phone or at the branch, promoting quality customer service Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customers Assess customer needs and gather pertinent information to create basic work orders in appropriate systems Provide status updates to customers, as requested Capture and document customer, equipment, and technical information accurately in service management systems Translate customer complaints into troubleshooting plans and validate resolution Utilize electronic service tools and other resources to diagnose and resolve issues Escalate technical issues when required, ensuring timely and accurate resolution Analyze warranty eligibility, document claims accurately, and communicate results to stakeholders Support compliance with internal and customer-specific policies and regulations
