Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) What’s in it for you: Our Life Science Solutions (LSS) Service business has an exciting new opportunity to join our organization as a Service Administration Manager. This position serves as a critical stakeholder in the commercial growth of our LSS Service organization, comprised of our DLR, Helmer and FARRAR brands. This position works closely with Service Coordinators/Customer Service Representatives, Billing Specialist/Project Administrators, Accounting Specialist, and is responsible for administration from customer intake through billing procedures and collections. Also responsible for processes improvements for the team to ensure driving positive customer impact and improved business results. You will be required to interact with multiple teams to ensure the timely completion of each project, to foster a positive culture. The successful candidate will be report to the LSS Service Leader, working alongside another Service Administrative Managers counterpart, Service Managers, Customer Service Representatives, Sales, and the Field to drive commercial growth.
