About The Position

As the Service Admin, you will be responsible for customer follow-up, data entry, and basic administrative duties. The ideal candidate has good time management skills, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills. Bish’s RV is one of the largest family-owned RV dealers in the country. Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in phone communication and multi-line phone use
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Experience in event coordination
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• An awesome attitude!
• Neat, clean and professional appearance
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers

Responsibilities

• Customer service updates
• Data entry - translating technician notes for entry into our Service database
• File and photo organization - filing paper copies of forms as well as uploading photos and documents into our Service system
• Assisting with calculations of technician work time
• Working effectively as a team with Service, Parts, Sales, and store leadership
