JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities The Server is responsible for serving both food and beverage to guests, obtains information from guests and ensuring a positive guest experience in our Fine Dining Restaurant Outlets. Requirements

Open availability is preferred
Fine dining food serving experience is required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required with a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of high volume service , or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Serves food and beverage to guests throughout the restaurant.
Greets guest in restaurant in a positive manner.
Promotes positive guest/employee relations.
Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures.
Other assignments as directed.
