About The Position

Manage all tasks related to food and beverage service in a courteous and efficient manner while maintaining a clean work area in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Requirements

Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment
Knowledge of upscale food and beverage
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch
Must use hands to reach, grasp, handle, pull and push
Must have good near and far vision
Must be able to hear, talk, smell

Responsibilities

Become familiar with all menu items, wine, and spirits
Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests and ensure correct and prompt delivery
Enter order into computer system to request food preparation
Observe guests to respond if additional service is required
Prepare check and deliver to guests when finished
Clear, clean, reset, and maintain station during shift
Follow all proper cash, credit card, and room charge procedures
Follow all proper check control procedures
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
