About The Position

We’re looking for energetic, personable, and professional servers to join our team at Alchemy in Lynnfield. As a server, you’ll play a key role in providing an outstanding dining experience by delivering warm hospitality and knowledgeable service.

Requirements

• Prior serving experience required
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality
• Guide guests through our menu, offering recommendations and answering questions
• Accurately take orders and ensure timely food and beverage delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
• Handle all transactions accurately and efficiently
• Create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return
