About The Position
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team at Highball as a Server . Highball prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service, and your role in this will be crucial. This position offers the unique opportunity to not only work in our fast-paced, dynamic service environment but also to be part of our in-house marketing and social media team. At Highball , we believe in the growth and development of our staff. As part of our team, you will also get an opportunity to be part of our in-house marketing/social media/content creation team. Requirements
- Prior experience as a server is preferred, but not essential as we provide comprehensive training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented approach and patience
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Team spirit
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent wait service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons
- Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Regularly updating the POS system accurately
- Participating in the creation of marketing and social media content for Highball
