WE LOVE OUR WORK. Greets guests and verbally acknowledges each guest promptly. Serves as an ambassador of an excellent guest dining experience. Prepares restaurant and tables for service. Responsible for a certain section(s) and provides superb service following the service standards. Shows enthusiasm towards guest and products. Helps follow servers; maintains a team mentality. Accurate computer input of orders and delivery of food, wine and beverages. Reconciles checks, thank guests and invites them back. Clears and resets tables. Maintains awareness of guest alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP guidelines. Stocks side stations throughout the shift; Performs opening/closing side work.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must have High School Diploma/GED.
  • Must have one to two years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
  • Must have excellent customer service/communication skills.
  • Must be able to count money and change correctly.
  • Knows or is able to learn tray service.
  • Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
