We are seeking friendly, energetic, and service-driven Servers to join our Food & Beverage team and help create memorable dining experiences for our members and guests. What You’ll Do As a Server, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding food and beverage service by:
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Prior serving experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Greeting each guest promptly and warmly within 30 seconds of arrival
- Providing attentive, friendly, and enthusiastic service throughout the dining experience
- Building relationships with members by learning names, preferences, and favorite drinks
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and entering them into the POS system promptly
- Handling payments and making change accurately
- Demonstrating menu knowledge and confidently recommending or upselling menu items
- Anticipating guest needs and offering assistance before being asked
- Monitoring tables and beverages using attentive service standards
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Helping maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of service areas
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management
