Requirements

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing them with menus and necessary information.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, offering recommendations and responding to inquiries about menu items.
Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure the dining area is clean and well-presented, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
Process payments and provide change or receipts as necessary.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Respond promptly to guest concerns or requests, escalating to management as needed.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and restaurant promotions.
