The Server position at Juniper Preserve is responsible for taking food and beverage orders, pouring beverages, serving food and beverages, bussing tables, and processing checks. The role requires constantly providing exceptional service to all members, resort guests, and co-workers. This is a seasonal position. The individual is expected to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, answer questions about menu items, inform customers of daily specials, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. The server also maintains table appearance, prepares and presents checks, collects payments, and provides continuous and timely service until guests depart. Adherence to food and service quality standards, alcohol awareness procedures, and company policies is crucial. The role also involves assisting with dining room setup, performing side work duties, attending training, and maintaining a professional demeanor. The server is expected to uphold the standards and expectations of food and service quality set forth by Juniper Preserve and maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees and purveyors.
