About The Position

We are currently seeking energetic, motivated, and attentive individuals to join our Front of House team as Servers, Hosts, and Bussers at our innovative restaurant. In these roles, you will be instrumental in delivering a phenomenal dining experience, ensuring that our guests leave with lasting memories and a desire to return. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and have a genuine love for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in serving, hosting, or bussing is a plus, but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team setting

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Take accurate food and drink orders, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our menu offerings
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and management to guarantee seamless service
• Deliver exceptional service by promptly and courteously attending to guests' needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict sanitation and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive, cohesive work environment
• Handle all transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Clear and reset tables promptly, assisting in keeping the dining area clean and well-stocked
