About The Position
JINYA is a Ramen culture, where the relationship between broth and noodles is serious but delicious business. We're looking for energetic team members looking to bring the authentic Jinya Ramen culture to Charlotte. Be a part of bringing the ramen experience for the first time on this side of the Pacific like it was meant to be - with thick, rich broth in perfect balance with handmade noodles. Our guests will discover a wide array of authentic toppings from tender pork chashu to a perfectly cooked and seasoned poached egg to fresh garlic that takes ramen to the next level. The experience is further elevated by pairing it with tapas or a craft beer. You'll quickly see why at JINYA we say. "No Ramen, No Life".
Responsibilities
- Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables
- Prep or side work
- Assisting kitchen, with soup procedures
- Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes
