About The Position
Server: Understand the importance of customer service and be willing to learn resident/relative satisfaction techniques and incorporate Person Centered Care into every aspect of his/her daily routine. The server will be responsible for service to residents in the satellite dining room. Transporting food from main kitchen to satellite kitchen prior to each meal. Serve food to residents following proper formal serving techniques, etiquette and courtesy. The server is also responsible for upkeep, cleanliness and sanitation of the satellite dining room, baking in satellite oven, serving food, dish return and stocking of satellite kitchen.
