About The Position

At Alto Clermont, the Server role is about creating meaningful dining experiences for residents every day in an upscale, restaurant-style dining room. The ideal candidate is friendly, energetic, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service with a personal touch. The primary responsibility is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
• Associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Nice To Haves

• Food serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room.
• Wipe down and sanitize chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.
