We are seeking servers with solid classic and craft cocktail knowledge, who thrives in a fast-paced rooftop setting. The role requires quick adaptability, efficiency during busy service and consistency in quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of server experience in upscale or high-volume hospitality settings.
• Comprehensive knowledge of formal service standards; wine and spirits knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Poised, polished, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, carry trays, and lift to 25 pounds.
