Requirements

MAST 12 or MAST 13
Food Handler Certification
Open availability preferred (weekends required)

Responsibilities

Must be friendly, engaging and outgoing and have a desire to connect with people.
Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including chef features, beverage pairings, and dietary accommodations.
Accurately communicate orders to the bar and kitchen, including dietary needs and special requests
Provide attentive table service, including refills, clearing dishes, and fulfilling guest requests
Process payments and present checks, including handling cash and credit transactions accurately
