Requirements

  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for hospitality.

  • Reliability and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as bending, standing, walking, and lifting up to 12 kg during shifts.
  • Strong judgment, integrity, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Guests: Greet guests warmly, build rapport, and guide them through the menu with in-depth knowledge of food, beverages, and ingredients.
  • Deliver Excellence: Accurately take orders and collaborate with team members to serve food and beverages that exceed guest expectations.
  • Provide Seamless Service: Participate in team-style service, including running hot and cold food items, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Build Connections: Provide attentive, friendly service that makes guests feel appreciated and encourages their return.
  • Prep for Success: Complete opening and closing duties to ensure the restaurant is ready for seamless service.
  • Communicate Clearly: Practice consistent communication with coworkers and managers to coordinate efficient service and guest satisfaction.
