About The Position
As a server, you’ll guide our guest through an array of wine, spirits and culinary options, engage and guide the guests experience, maintain and keep a positive, clean and efficient work area and be an ambassador of the La Fete standards for hospitality.
Requirements
- passionate, ability to work in team setting, willingness to learn and grow, positive attitude
- Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails.
- Friendly, engaging personality.
- TIPS or TABS required at end of training
- CMS or Level 1 somm equivalent within 6 months of hiring date (we will provide training)
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and take orders accurately.
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell food and beverages.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and check on guest satisfaction.
- Handle transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized section.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams.
