About The Position

The Server's job is to "Spark Brighter Days" by providing friendly, attentive, and timely service, ensuring every guest has a brighter day and is happy with the food, service, and ambiance.

Requirements

• Must maintain a valid Food Handlers’ certification and Title 4 Basic certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and beverage offerings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Have the knowledge of every product and ingredient in house and know why they are the best of the best.
• Be an invaluable member of the team; deliver food and beverages, seat guests, bus tables, build relationships, and help wherever, whenever.
• Maintain a clean restaurant, from tables to terminals, refrigeration units to host stands.
• Observe your Guests and ensure they are loving the food, service, and ambiance.
