Server Part Time $15hr-$18hr depending on experience.
About The Position
Hiring full-time servers with a minimum of one or more year's experience in a full-service restaurant, similar Senior Community atmosphere, or Country Club environment. Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including weekends and holidays (Non-negotiable) Up to $18 an hour. This position could lead to a Lead Server position with an hourly increase based on performance, skill, positive attitude, and dedication. Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent, but not necessary.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol.
- Must be able to read, write and follow written and verbal directions.
- Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families and work cooperatively with other associates.
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs to shoulder height.
- Must be able to push 200 lbs on a cart with casters.
