About The Position
Our Servers are dedicated to their craft and take pride in providing the best customer experience possible for each and every patron we serve. We encourage our Servers to develop their skill set so that they may diversify their capabilities and in turn become more valuable to the front of house.
Requirements
- Work well with employees & managers
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking and organization skills in fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and professional maturity
- Minimum 1 year of serving experience
Nice To Haves
- Previous fine dining experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide the best customer experience possible for each and every patron
- Develop skill set to diversify capabilities and become more valuable to the front of house
- Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers and server assistants as situations arise
