About The Position

As a server, you are a brand ambassador to the beer and food culture that drives the success of our pub. A successful server has a full understanding of our beer and food offerings and can confidently navigate guests through our elevated food and beer menus. Passionate about hospitality. Builds rapport with guests, and ensure guests' expectations are exceeded.

Requirements

• Full understanding of our beer and food offerings
• Ability to confidently navigate guests through our elevated food and beer menus
• Passion for hospitality
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Ability to ensure guests' expectations are exceeded
• Required availability: Thursday–Saturday (some flexibility between AM and PM shifts)
• Required availability: Sunday (10am–6pm or 12pm–7pm)
• Able to lift 40lbs
• Food and Beer knowledge
• Ability to be a team player
• Multi-tasking skills
• Time management skills

Nice To Haves

• Preferred / optional availability: Tuesday–Wednesday (AM or PM shifts)
• Banquet event support as needed

Responsibilities

• Greet guests
