Requirements

Twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend climb and carry objects as necessary
Have knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
Have 2-3 years of banquets or catering experience

Has taken an Alcohol Handler’s course

Responsibilities

Offers professional, friendly, and engaging service
Takes all food and beverage orders from guests and ensure correct and prompt delivery of orders
Assists guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
Has full knowledge of beverage lists and all menu items being served
