SERVER- C&Gs Grill
About The Position
The Server provides an exceptional dining experience at C&G Grille . The Server guides the guest through all phases of dining, including order taking, order delivery, maintaining tables, and finalizing checks using the restaurant’s “Sequence of Service” guidelines. Provides fast, friendly and professional customer service to restaurant guests, staff and culinary production team. Responsible for greeting and making welcome each guest seated in any assigned station. Delivers prepared food to the appropriate guest within two minutes of completed production of order. Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous food server experience in a high volume or casual fine dining restaurant
- Excellent customer service/communication skills
