Requirements
- Experience as a Server in a fine dining experience
- A great attitude and work ethic
- Must be 21 or older to handle alcoholic beverages
- Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.
- Stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours).
- Lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently.
- Reach, bend, stoop, and wipe.
- Use hands and arms to carry trays, plates, and drinks.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer guest questions.
- Ensure guests have a delightful dining experience by attending to their needs and requests.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and tact.
