About The Position
Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group, operating Ruby Slipper and Ruby Sunshine, is an all-day brunch concept open for breakfast and lunch only, allowing employees to be home in time for dinner. The company has grown from a small restaurant in New Orleans to over 20 locations throughout the Southeast. The Server's primary objective is to provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests, embodying the brunch life and creating 'raving Ruby fans'.
Requirements
- A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Guests
- Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
- Possess basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
- Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25lbs

- Embody that brunch life and give our guests a little lagniappe to create those raving Ruby fans
