Requirements
- A warm, positive attitude and passion for helping others
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliability and teamwork mindset
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Previous dining or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required!)
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment and working closely with residents
Responsibilities
- Serve meals to residents with friendliness, patience, and professionalism
- Ensure dining rooms are clean, organized, and inviting
- Take orders and deliver meals promptly
- Assist with meal prep, set-up, and clean-up
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Build positive rapport with residents and guests
- Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly
- Support special events, themed meals, and celebrations
