We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and energetic Sports Bar Server to deliver an exceptional dining and drinking experience to our patrons. This includes hourly rate and tips.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server in a high volume full service bar and restaurant
- Must be a minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Must be TABC and Food Handler certified.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high volume fast-paced, high-energy setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of alcohol service and responsible beverage service practices
- Ability to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met
- Answer questions about menu items, specials, and sports events to enhance guest experience
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Promote specials and upsell menu items to maximize sales
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
