About The Position
Shorty Pants Lounge is the Lake of the Ozarks’ top spot for authentic Cajun food, handcrafted cocktails, and live entertainment—all served with unbeatable waterfront views. We’re looking for energetic and personable Servers to join our team and help deliver the great food and fun atmosphere we’re known for.
Requirements
- Prior serving experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate
- Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic about hospitality
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Team player with great communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Missouri
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide a memorable dining experience from start to finish
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the meal
- Upsell menu items, daily specials, and signature cocktails to maximize guest experience
- Process payments quickly and accurately
- Work closely with bussers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to keep service flowing
- Maintain a clean and organized section
