About The Position

The Hilton Anatole is looking for their next part time Server to join their SER Steak and Spirits team! Texas-sized event space meets resort pool fun in Dallas! When guests stay at the Hilton Anatole, just north of Dallas, they'll find an entertainment complex designed to relax and delight, an outdoor pool complex with slides and a lazy river, an award-winning fitness club, a spa, dining options, and more! SER Steak and Spirits is an American steakhouse with a modern twist located on the 27th floor. Top dining experience in Dallas with sweeping skyline views, exclusive cuts of prime beef, locally sourced ingredients, and an award-winning wine collection. The ideal candidate brings at least (2) years of customer service experience, is a guest-focused server who brings genuine warmth, great energy, and a strong ability to upsell in a lively steakhouse environment. Shift patterns are in the evenings, with Saturdays and holidays availability being required. What will I be doing? As a Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Requirements

Responsibilities

Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
