About The Position

The Hilton Anatole is excited to announce a new opportunity for sales professionals! We are currently seeking an Outlet Sales Manager to sell our amazing outlets Topgolf, Rathskeller (Speakeasy), Jadewaters (Water Amenity/Resort pool), and after the pool season is over they will sell for our holiday activation Christmas and the Anatole in our Ski Lodge area. This role is perfect for a go-getter who loves sales and is looking for a fantastic company to work for. As an Outlet Sales Manager, you would be responsible for representing the hotels services and facilities to prospective clients and customers in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Respond to inquiries from potential clients and customers seeking food and beverage services in the Outlets Initiate new sales, prospects and qualifies leads and solicits potential clients Host and entertain clients and maintain client accounts Conduct property site visits and answer questions Determine rates, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, service accounts and analyze lost business for the hotel(s). Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue goals Partner with operations departments to ensure full participation in servicing accounts

Requirements

  • 1 year sales experience within group sales, restaurant sales, private dining sales is required
  • Flexible scheduling is required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Delphi Amadeus Salesforce FDC program is highly preferred
