About The Position

From elegant wedding receptions to vibrant community events and daily café service, our team delivers memorable culinary experiences in one of the nation’s premier cultural destinations. We are seeking a Server who brings warmth, professionalism, and pride to every interaction, someone who understands that exceptional service transforms a meal into an experience. Our Servers are often the most visible ambassadors of our culinary team. You help create moments guests remember, whether it’s seamless event service, thoughtful menu knowledge, or calm problem-solving in a fast-paced setting. This is more than delivering food. It’s delivering excellence.
Requirements
- 1+ year of hospitality, food & beverage, catering, or event experience preferred
- Strong customer service background (2+ years highly valued)
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Comfort using POS systems and handling payments accurately
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays up to 35 lbs
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Nice To Haves
- If assigned to barista or bartender duties, experience with beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Service
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional hospitality to every guest
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system
- Deliver food and drinks with quality, timing, and presentation standards in mind
- Support Seamless Event Execution
- Ensure tables are cleared and reset efficiently
- Monitor guest needs throughout service
- Partner with kitchen and leadership teams to maintain flow during high-volume events
- Maintain High Standards
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Comply with all state and federal alcohol service laws when assigned bar or beverage duties
- Uphold our commitment to excellence in every detail
- Contribute to Team Culture
- Support new team member training as assigned
- Collaborate across service areas as business needs shift
