About The Position
Hunters Club Server Apply now and join our team! Starting Pay $13.00 - $15.25 + Tips (DOE) Qualifications SYNOPSIS OF DUTIES 1. Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest 2. Clear and clean tables after guests leave. This includes dishware, tabletops, chairs, booths, and the floor. Reset the table quickly for the next guest. 3. Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment 4. Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise 5. Communicate with the guests, servers, hosts, and managers to ensure great customer service 6. Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant 7. Maintain Title 31 compliance accurately. 8. Performs other duties as assigned. PREREQUISITES General: Must qualify for a Tribal Non-Gaming license. Obtain and maintain current Food Handlers Certification. Education: Education and/or training in hospitality experience preferred. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace. Experience: Previous work experience in a restaurant or hospitality preferred. Ability to work as a team. Physical: Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying, moving and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, grasping, manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination. Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
