About The Position

This position is for a Server, offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments after 90 and 180 days of hire, provided the team member is in good standing. The role involves providing excellent guest service, serving food and beverages promptly and accurately, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting positive guest relations.

Requirements

• High School education or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Six months' experience as a server preferred.
• Prior money handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests in prompt courteous manner and thank guest upon departure.
• Promptly and accurately serves food and beverages.
• Continuously walk through the station to ensure all guests receive continuous attention.
• Clear off and clean tables after each use and make sure they are set properly.
• Make sure all areas are clean and free of debris.
• Promote positive guest relations.
• Stock side station with required stock as needed.
