About The Position
Ignite your career in the heart of downtown Phoenix at Caesars Sportsbook! Alongside Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, we’re seeking passionate individuals to join our team. Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner; ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times. Provide exceptional, friendly, and courteous service to guests. Retrieve and verify food orders from the kitchen; ensure accuracy and presentation adheres to Levy Core Signature standards. Communicate special requests or modifications to appropriate kitchen or serving staff. Distribute menus, presents daily specials, and answer any menu-related questions from guests. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of menu and available products. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensure food and beverages are served in timely manner; ensure correct placement of dishes. Prepare guest checks, process payments, and ensure accurate transactions. Follow Levy’s Payment Integrity Policy Ensure food items are properly stored, labeled, and dated according to standards, following food safety guidelines. Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Set up dining tables, arranging food, beverages, and service items per dining specifications. Return food, beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to the kitchen. Complete required production logs, safety and sanitation logs, waste/spoilage logs, inventory logs, check-in/check-out procedures daily. Assist with event-specific documentation as needed. Stock, clean, and maintain catering facilities equipment. Assists with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning duties and preparation tasks. Upsell menu items and create a positive dining atmosphere Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.
- Ability to accurately take and place orders; provide timely service.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements.
- This position may require the following valid certifications; ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary.
- Frequently required to use fingers and hands to operate equipment.
- Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry
- 2 + years Server experience preferred.
