About The Position

ARLO, the signature upscale restaurant at Town and Country Resort, is seeking engaging and polished Servers to deliver exceptional, memorable dining experiences for our guests. Servers at ARLO provide attentive, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while upholding the resort’s standards of hospitality and professionalism. Morning and Evening shifts available. Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of serving experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment; upscale or high-volume experience preferred​
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu details and drink pairings​
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor​
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure​​
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts​
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions such as bending and reaching​
  • Work in a dynamic hotel restaurant environment with moderate noise, varying temperatures, and continuous guest interaction​

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional greeting and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest​
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer thoughtful food and beverage recommendations​
  • Take accurate orders, enter them into the POS system, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages​
  • Serve all items according to ARLO and Town and Country Resort standards, checking presentation, portion, and temperature​
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and address concerns or complaints with professionalism, involving a manager when needed​
  • Maintain a clean and organized section, including tables, service stations, and surrounding areas.​
  • Accurately handle payments, including cash and credit card transactions​
  • Collaborate closely with teammates and kitchen staff to support a smooth and efficient service flow​
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times​
  • Uphold the resort’s brand values and contribute to a positive, guest-focused culture​
