Requirements

• 3+ years of server experience in upscale or high-volume hospitality settings.
• Comprehensive knowledge of formal service standards; wine and spirits knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Poised, polished, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, carry trays, and lift to 25 pounds.

• Guide guests through our curated menu with expertise and confidence.
• Recommend and upsell thoughtfully, showcasing food and beverage knowledge.
• Execute proper service timing and professional standards with consistency.

• Process orders and payments with accuracy.
• Collaborate with bartenders, runners, and bussers to ensure seamless flow.
