About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your main responsibilities will include taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring a welcoming and high-quality service environment.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly disposition.
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
Present and recommend menu items, answer questions about menu items, and make suggestions based on guests' preferences.
Accurately take food and beverage orders from patrons using a POS system.
Deliver orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all items are served according to quality standards.
Monitor tables and anticipate guests’ needs by responding to all requests efficiently.
Process payments and provide guests with an accurate check.
Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and alcohol guidelines.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized service area, including tables, chairs, and floor.
Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area for daily operations.
