About The Position
As a Suites Set-Up Help, you will be responsible for preparing the suites for upcoming events by ensuring all necessary items, food, beverages, and equipment are properly set up before the game day. This position focuses on the week leading up to the game, ensuring that every suite is meticulously organized and ready for the event. You will collaborate with kitchen staff and management to make sure each suite is equipped and fully prepared, providing a seamless experience for suite holders and their guests. Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently and follow detailed set-up instructions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction from management and supervisors.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure each suite is fully prepared and organized.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and during the week leading up to game day.
- Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in event planning or hospitality, is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure suites are properly stocked and equipped, including checking that all necessary utensils, condiments, food items, beverages, and equipment are in place for game day.
- Assist in organizing and arranging food and beverage items in the pantries, paying attention to expiration dates and ensuring everything is placed correctly and neatly.
- Set up any additional special items requested for the suite experience, such as pre-game snacks, drinks, and decor, in coordination with management.
- Ensure each suite is fully prepared, including chafers, paper goods, glassware, and other essential equipment.
- Review suite orders and make sure all requested items are ready for delivery to the suite once the event begins.
- Double-check the cleanliness and readiness of the suite areas, ensuring that no details are overlooked.
- Communicate with the kitchen staff to confirm that all food orders and special requests are addressed before game day.
- Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
- Stocks, cleans, and maintains the catering facility and equipment.
- Follows safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
