JOB PURPOSE: To provide exemplary service all guests according to Omni standards ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Adhere to all Omni rules, policies, procedures, and standards Greet guests by utilizing the All-In impression standards set forth by Omni Set tables according to type of event and service standards as directed by leadership Suggestively sell items and answer questions/offer suggestions on both food and beverage menu selections Communicate with culinary team regarding meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests Record transaction in MICROS system in a timely manner Adhere to cash handling standards Ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage Present accurate check to guest and process payment Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day Station set-up and breakdown/side-work Perform any other duties as assigned by leadership Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained
