About The Position

As a Server II at Petrossian Lounge at Bellagio, you will deliver refined, personalized service in an elegant, high-end lounge setting. With a warm, polished presence, you will anticipate guest needs, guide them through curated menus—including caviar, champagne, and artisanal offerings—and create seamless, memorable experiences that reflect the sophistication of the Bellagio brand.

Requirements

• Is 21+ years of age
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

Nice To Haves

• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience ala carte serving in a three-diamond classification restaurant (AAA Diamond Rating) and/or four-or five-diamond preferred
• 3+ Years of prior relevant experience serving in a fine dining ala carte high-volume restaurant preferred
• Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available
• Assist guest with food and beverage selection by presenting menu, offer cocktails and aperitifs, suggest courses, explain Chef's specialties, identify appropriate wine and answer food preparation questions
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons' choices, identifying patrons' special dietary needs and special requests
• Ring sales, collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork
• Keep work area clean and stocked; prepare room for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
• Promote and maintain the highest level of customer service to all guests while staying alert to their needs
• Perform other job-related duties as requested
