Green Cactus Café is a relaxing café in Mokara Spa treating the whole mind, body, and spirit with wellness driven foods including lite bites, healthy juices, elixirs, and spa-friendly sweet treats. The server will wait on tables promptly, courteously and to serve our guests with a genuine care. This position will also service a pool/outdoor space.

Requirements

Understand this position may require working indoors and outdoors.
Minimum 1 year upscale casual serving experience preferred.
Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
Must have unexpired Food Handlers and TABC – or obtain upon hire.
Must be able to lift, push, pull, place and carry objects weighing up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

Efficiently and properly perform all service standards.
Greet all guest promptly and courteously adhering to steps of service guidelines.
Receive, deliver, and clear food & beverage during Service.
Attend to all needs of the guests during functions, meals, and dining experiences.
Upsell and make helpful suggestions when taking orders.
Maintain knowledge of current food and beverage offerings, specials, and menu prices.
Complete side work as assigned by shift supervisor or leader.
Polish, clean, sanitize, and stock at service utensils and glassware.
Maintain safe & clean environment following Omni's safety guidelines.
Be familiar with and adhere to all liquor liability laws.
Attend designated pre-meal meetings.
