Requirements

High school diploma preferred/GED accepted
Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Competent in organizational, time management skills
Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Must be able to operate in a fast paced environment

Nice To Haves

Experience working with seniors
Prior service and/or kitchen experience preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following all sanitation procedures, safety guidelines, and proper use of equipment, including dishwashing machinery and personal protective gear
Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils while ensuring
Cleaning supplies are stocked and chemical dispensers are functioning correctly
Support both kitchen and dining operations by removing trash, clearing soiled dishes, and transporting items efficiently between dining and dishwashing areas
Provide friendly and attentive service to residents by taking orders, learning names and preferences, accommodating dietary needs, and responding promptly to requests
Set up and maintain dining areas by ensuring all service items (silverware, napkins, menus, condiments) are clean, stocked, and ready for use
Follow proper food handling practices and assist with the preparation and service of beverages, salads, desserts, snacks, and condiments
