Requirements

• Previous as a server or bartender experience in a restaurant or bar setting is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and food handling regulations.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
• Knowledge of various beverage types, including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with fine dining service or banquet operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized service, recommend drinks, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate drink service during banquets or catering events.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple guests during peak hours.
