About The Position

The Bartender/Server prepares and serves drinks to guests and beverage servers
in compliance with all Company and Health Department standards and policies. The
Bartender is responsible for processing transactions using the company’s P.O.S.
system and is responsible for any cash variances.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain balanced cash drawer
2. Complete daily bar tending duties including cleaning and stocking the bar
3. Provide a high level of customer service
4. Maintain work station standards at all times
5. Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner
6. Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of
alcohol

Requirements

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work demands
• Effectively operate and work with latest standard office technology
• Must be detail oriented
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English both verbal and written.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Must have high level computer skills with experience in excel.
• Remembering Details, Using Arithmetic, Reading, Making Decision, Working Rapidly, Working at Various Tempos, Concentrating Amid Distractins, Remembering Names & Faces, and Examining & Observing Details.
• Missouri Gaming Level II Gaming License required.

• Prior bar tending experience preferred
