The MCR standard is to provide clean, friendly, well-organized and safe hotels for our guests, with a focus on Happy Guests, Spotless Cleanliness, Product Consistency & Quality, and Teamwork. The Server is responsible for providing prompt, friendly, and accurate food service to guests. This includes taking food and beverage orders, serving food items, and completing payment for guest orders.
